As an analyst, he works with the Capital Markets bankers in a variety components withing each transaction. He is responsible for company and industry research, preparing financial models, assisting with the development of deal marketing materials. These materials include the teaser, confidential information memorandum and target list. Mr. Brown also actively promotes deals, working with industry specific tools and contacts.

He completed a summer internship with a highly regarded international boutique investment banking firm and was subsequently hired by Windsor Capital. His industry experience includes healthcare, manufacturing & distribution, hospitality, technology and defense contracting.

On the weekends, Mr. Brown is an avid amateur astrologist, camper and artist. He enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.
