He has acted as a financial advisor on numerous M&A transactions for many clients in the banking, insurance and asset management sectors. He also spent a part of his career working as an internal auditor within a large bank which gave him a deep knowledge of banks and insurance companies. Mr. Menendez brings extensive strategies to capital needs and exit planning. He has conducted over $4 billion in M&A transactions. Mr. Menendez has conducted transactions in many European and U.S. based companies, creating many cross-border opportunities. He has experience in buyside and sellside transactions and also in distressed credit and equity solutions.
